Day 2 in Vienna started with some sun … and what a glorious morning it was. I woke up half fresh as I ended up sleeping really early on the Friday and wake up early on Saturday. At about 9am my tummy wanted food so I headed down the street from some food. I had to take a proper sunny picture by the kanal… 🙂

Simply Beautiful
There are those few people that come into your life that make difference. You meet a person and you simple connect, its this sense of a great friendship to begin without even knowing how much. Those kinds of friendship should be cherished and respected because it certainly doesnt come very often. I met this beauty when moving to Horsham, she is my neighbour but now she is my dear friend, Adriana.
Naughty and Nice But It’s Rice
Its always nice getting to try something you don’t ever make, like rice pudding. This time Adriana and I joined in on the challenge by Naughty but Rice company. We attempted to make our own rice pudding with a mixture of things.
Things I Do In Edinburgh
Edinburgh is a city I always go back to , I consider it my 2nd home. My family and friends are there, it is where I went to university and kind of where FAZ came to be. I headed back to Edinburgh for a little trip and decided to film a bit of the city I love so much.
Granola Breakfast Treats
Lemon and Honey, Simple !
It was time to get the cookbooks out for Adriana and I .. This time we took Eric Lanlard’s Afternoon Tea Cookbook to make some biscuits. This is the first time we collaborated on a cooking video so it was a nice experience.
Pie of Joy
Its always good to come across food you feel belongs in your belly.. I did feel it when I had Al’s pies. I love trying out new food especially when visiting markets in towns. Horsham market slowly brings in new stoles which is great… This time it was Al the PieMan!
Horsham Goodies at the Market
I love trying new things so going to the market is the best place to see it all. In Horsham, there is a market every Thursday and Saturday selling different things from food, clothing, flowers and more. I tend to try most of whats on the market especially with my sweet tooth.
South Bridges New Stop, The Whistle Stop Barber Shop!
Edinburgh has a new place to chillout and eat on South Bridge , all with the right mix of food, music and a clean shave at The Whistle Stop Barber Shop. Just before I headed off back to sunny Dubai, I had to pop over to see it all the hard work come together. Its definitely a twist on South Bridge as the place is modern, retro with lots of wee unique pieces.
A Chill Out at No.8 Lister Square
Go local is definitely something that I do when in Edinburgh, this time I tried new Gastrobar No.8 Lister Square in the heart of the cosmopolitan Quatremile. Relaxed and edgy are the two words I best describe No.8 with a home like feel once settled in. The location is central and easy to find especially with the glass frame it has, which is not hard to see in if you fancy a nosy.
